How to use your Sleep Mask
Microwave it for Heat Therapy
Very Important Remove the adjustable strap! Strap contains metal pieces.
Warm in microwave for 15 second increments as needed (check temperature to ensure that warmth is ideal before use.) Do not overheat - will case burns (for external use only). Enjoy the penetrating moist heat and relaxing aromatherapy for 30 to 45 minutes.
Freeze it for Cold Therapy
Place the Wrap in a sealable plastic bag in the freezer for 2 hours. It remains therapeutically cold for 20 - 25 minutes, and will remain pliable so it contours easily to you.
