I Love Chocolate!

Chocolate Facial Treatment
1 Combine 4 tablespoon ground coffee or espresso with equal amount of cocoa powder. Add 8 tablespoon whole milk to the mixture. Stir until you have a smooth paste.
2 With fingers or a make-up wedge, spread the mixture over face and neck. You may also apply the mixture to other areas of the body where extra softness is needed.
3 Leave the mixture on for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Pat dry.

Chocolate Body Lotion Treatment
1 Combine 1/4 cup grated cocoa butter (available in sticks at most drugstores) with 1 tablespoon grated chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Add 2 tablespoons high quality oil, such as olive, almond, or coconut oil. Add in 1 tablespoon grated beeswax.
2 Microwave on high for approximately 3 minutes. Heating time may vary depending on microwave voltage. Keep an eye on your mixture to see how well it is melting, stirring about once each minute.
3 When the mixture is smooth, remove from microwave, and stir until mixture is consistent.
4 Apply the lotion liberally to the body as needed, to moisturize.

Hot Chocolate Bath Treatment
1 Combine 2 cups of chocolate milk with 1 tablespoon of honey or agave nectar with 2 tablespoons of your favorite liquid soap in a pitcher.
2 Stir all ingredients until well combined. Pour into running bath water, until tub is full and the water is at a desirable temperature for bathing.
3 Soak for up to 20 minutes to absorb the softening properties of the milk and chocolate.

Chocolate Bath Salt Treatment
1 Combine 1 cup of Epson Salt with 1 cup of sea salt or kosher salt in a clean bowl.
2 Add 3 tsp. cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, and a few drops of your favorite essential oil, if desired.
3 Add 1 tsp high quality oil, such as olive, almond or coconut oil. Mix until the salt is completely coated and all ingredients have been blended. You can use the salts right away, or store in jars or other airtight containers until ready to use

Chocolate Lip Balm Treatment
1 Combine 1 and 1/2 teaspoon grated cocoa butter in microwave safe bowl with 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil, 1/2 teaspoon grated dark, milk or white chocolate and 1 to 2 drops of your favorite essential oil.
2 Microwave on high until you have a smooth liquid. Stir frequently to ensure all the ingredients are blended and your mixture is consistent.
3 Allow to cool slightly, and pour into lip gloss pot or tube, and allow to cool completely in the refrigerator or freezer.
4 Apply liberally to lips, as needed.
