Facial Friday

Ground Almond Energizing Facial

Ylang-ylang essential oil
Petitgrain essential oil
Lemon essential oil
Water
Ground almonds

1. Chill about 1/4 cup of pure, filtered or bottled water. You can do this by refrigeration or by adding ice.
2. Add two drops of ylang-ylang, petit grain and lemon essential oils to the chilled water. You can purchase these at health food stores or order them from online vendors.
3. Mix in ground almonds. Grind almonds in a spice mill or a coffee grinder until they are semi-fine. Mix in enough almonds to form a thick paste.
4. Apply to your face and leave it on for 20 to 30 minutes. Applying this facial an hour before you go out, gives your face a glowing, energized look.
