Chocolate Facial
Treatment
1. Combine 4 tablespoon ground coffee
or espresso with equal amount of cocoa powder. Add 8 tablespoon whole milk to
the mixture. Stir until you have a smooth paste.2. With fingers or a make-up wedge, spread the mixture over face and neck. You may also apply the mixture to other areas of the body where extra softness is needed.
3. Leave the mixture on for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Pat dry.
Chocolate Body Lotion
Treatment
1. Combine 1/4 cup grated cocoa
butter (available in sticks at most drugstores) with 1 tablespoon grated
chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Add 2 tablespoons high quality oil, such as
olive, almond, or coconut oil. Add in 1 tablespoon grated
beeswax.2. Microwave on high for approximately 3 minutes. Heating time may vary depending on microwave voltage. Keep an eye on your mixture to see how well it is melting, stirring about once each minute.
3. When the mixture is smooth, remove from microwave, and stir until mixture is consistent.
4. Apply the lotion liberally to the body as needed, to moisturize.
Hot Chocolate Bath
Treatment
1. Combine 2 cups of chocolate milk
with 1 tablespoon of honey or agave nectar with 2 tablespoons of your favorite
liquid soap in a pitcher.2. Stir all ingredients until well combined. Pour into running bath water, until tub is full and the water is at a desirable temperature for bathing.
3. Soak for up to 20 minutes to absorb the softening properties of the milk and chocolate.
Chocolate Bath Salt
Treatment
1. Combine 1 cup of Epson Salt with 1
cup of sea salt or kosher salt in a clean bowl.2. Add 3 tsp. cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, and a few drops of your favorite essential oil, if desired.
3. Add 1 tsp high quality oil, such as olive, almond or coconut oil. Mix until the salt is completely coated and all ingredients have been blended. You can use the salts right away, or store in jars or other airtight containers until ready to use
Chocolate Lip Balm
Treatment
1. Combine 1 and 1/2 teaspoon grated
cocoa butter in microwave safe bowl with 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil, 1/2 teaspoon
grated dark, milk or white chocolate and 1 to 2 drops of your favorite essential
oil.2. Microwave on high until you have a smooth liquid. Stir frequently to ensure all the ingredients are blended and your mixture is consistent.
3. Allow to cool slightly, and pour into lip gloss pot or tube, and allow to cool completely in the refrigerator or freezer.
4. Apply liberally to lips, as needed.
Lavender-Oatmeal Facial
Mask
3 parts organic oatmeal (not
cooked!)1 part organic
cornmeal1 part organic 1 part calendula
flowers1 part organic lavender

Grind to a coarse powder (I use a
inexpensive coffee grinder). Put a couple of tablespoons of the powder in a
small bowl. Add enough plain yogurt, filtered water or mashed fruit to make a
thick paste. Fruits to use are avocado, banana, and mango. The avocado is
particularly great for dry skin, and the yogurt is fabulous for oily
skin! Leave on for 5 to 20 minutes and
rinse with warm water. Peach Tightening Mask
1 Peach, ripe, peeled, pitted
1 Egg white
Whip the peach and egg white together in a blender until smooth. Gently pat the mixture all over your face. Relax for 30 minutes, then rinse it off with cool water
Apple Mask for Normal
Skin
1 Apple, cored &
quartered2 T HoneyDrop the apple pieces into a food processor and chop. Add honey and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Pat the mixture onto your face with a light tapping motion, tapping until the honey feels tacky. Leave it on for 30 minutes and then rinse.
Cucumber Mask for Oily
Skin
1/2 Cucumber1 Egg white1 T Lemon juice1 tsp mintPuree everything and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Apply the mixture to your face and leave it on for 15 minutes. Rinse with warm, then cool water.
Strawberry Drawing
Mask
1/2 c Strawberries, very
ripe1/4 c CornstarchMix strawberries and cornstarch together to make a paste and apply it to your face, avoiding the delicate area around your eyes. Leave it on for 30 minutes and then rinse it off with cool water.
Blemished Skin
Mask
1 Tomato, ripe,
chopped1 tsp Lemon juice1 T Instant style oatmeal or
old-fashioned rolled oatsBlend everything until just combined. Apply to skin, making sure the mixture is thick enough to stay on blemished areas: cheeks, forehead, or chin. If necessary, add a bit more oatmeal to thicken the mask. Leave it on for 10 minutes, then scrub it off with a clean washcloth dipped in warm water.
BROWN SUGAR FOOT
SCRUB
2 tablespoons brown

it through a blender so it's very fine1 tablespoon honey1 tablespoon lemon

oilCombine all ingredients in a bowl until it forms a paste. Massage into your feet, taking extra time to massage into your heals. Rinse off with warm water.
SEA SALT FOOT SCRUB
1 cup sea salt /4 cup uncooked
cornmeal1/4 cup baby oil Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Wash feet and then rub sea salt foot scrub gently into feet and rinse. This foot scrub recipe can also be used as an all over body scrub.
OATMEAL ALOE VERA FOOT

1/4 cup uncooked oatmeal - run it
through a blender so it's very fine1/4 cup uncooked

gel1/4 cup your favorite

Apricot-Orange Lip Gloss
Recipe
Ingredients:1 tsp. beeswax1 tsp. apricot kernel
oil1 tsp. calendula
oil3-4 drops of essential oil of
orange Mica for coloring or beet root
infused oil (optional)Instructions:Melt beeswax in a double boiler. Add apricot kernel oil and calendula oil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add FDA approved mica or beet root infused oil if desired for color. When partially cooled, add essential oil of orange. Pour into lip balm jars or tubes.
Healing Lip Gloss
Ingredients:1/4 tsp meadow foam
oil1/2 tsp jojoba oil1/2 tsp coconut oil1/2 tsp cocoa
butter1 tsp beeswax1 tsp castor oila few drops peppermint
EOInstructions:Melt all oils together in a double boiler (except peppermint). Stir in peppermint EO & pour into lip balm containers. Let cool.
Bubble Gum Lip
Gloss
Ingredients:6 tsp jojoba oil 1 tsp aloe vera
oil 3 tsp white
beeswax 10 drops Bubble gum Flavor
Oil 1/4 tsp red gold two tone
mica Instructions:In a glass measuring cup melt beeswax in the microwave, add the oils (you may need to put in back in the microwave for a few seconds more). Stir in the bubble gum flavored oil and mica. Let it cool for about 5 mins. Give it more more quick stir and pour into lip gloss pots.
Luscious Lip Balm
Recipe
Ingredients:1.5 oz beeswax2.5 oz. mango
butter1/2 oz. rosehip seed
oil1/2 oz. avocado oil1/2 oz. jojoba1/4 oz. castor oil1/4 oz. vegetable
glycerin1 tsp. flavor oil1 tsp. liquid
sweetener20 drops Vitamin E 1000
IU Instructions:Melt beeswax, butter and oils in a double boiler. Hold at about 140 degrees for a few minutes, stirring. Remove from heat. Add glycerin, flavor oil, sweetner and vitamin E. Mix well. Taste, adjust flavor oil if necessary. Pour into tubes or jars. Makes about 6 oz.
Kissable Lip Balm

Ingredients:2 oz. shea or other vegetable
butter2 oz. beeswax 2 oz. jojoba or hazelnut
oil2 oz. safflower or grapeseed
oil2 t. EO or FO(Nice citrus choices
are Sweet Orange/Cinnamon leaf, Tangerine w/dash of sage, Lime, Lemongrass
w/mint)Instructions:Put the 4 ounces of oil in 8 oz glass cup, add beeswax & butter & melt in microwave (or in double boiler). Remove from heat & stir with stainless spoon. Add EO or FO a little at a time. Pour into lip balm containers.(Also can add Vit. E capsule for extra nourishment.)
